5. Operations and Standards

5.3. Product and Pricing

6. Intellectual Property

7. Termination
7.1. Termination by Company
The Company may terminate the agreement if you:
- Fail to pay fees on time

- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Damage brand reputation
- Violate any terms of the agreement
- Declare bankruptcy or insolvency
7.2. Termination by Franchisee
You may terminate the agreement by:
- Providing 90 days written notice
- Paying all outstanding dues
- Returning all Company property
- Complying with transition requirements
7.3. Post-Termination Obligations
Upon termination, you must:
- Immediately cease using Company branding
- Return all confidential information
- Settle all financial obligations
- Remove all Company materials from premises
- Sign non-compete agreement (if applicable)
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
